Roy "Roho" Wilcox

Roy “Roho” Wilcox, 66, of Reliance, TN passed away Friday, November 30, 2018, at his daughter’s home.  He loved to hunt and fish, played softball with his Greasy Creek friends and was a well-known construction worker.        

He was also preceded in death by his parents, Harley and Carrie Hedden Wilcox; siblings, Billie Gene Hedden, Boyd Wilcox, Lloyd Wilcox, Juanita Garrett and Mary Ann Campbell-Guest.  

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Gail Branam of Reliance; children, Johnny (Annie) Wilcox of Cleveland, Angie (Mark) Watts of San Antonio, TX and Amy (David) Green of Benton; grandchildren, Lorna Perry, Kaitlin (Jimmy) Pike, Brittany (Aaron) Daugherty, Harley Howard, Karli Howard, Hunter Roberson, Chloe Roberson, Chase Roberson; great grandchildren, Darence Perry, Bryson Perry, Braden Daugherty, Leah Daugherty, Keylen Pike; siblings, Frankie (Robbie) Wilcox of Reliance, Melvin (Lara Mae) Wilcox of Tellico Plains, Loranza (Ray) Frank of Delano, Geneva (Robert) Frank, Eddie Wilcox, Ruby Wilcox all of Reliance and Nancy Jane Hedden of Niota.  Several nieces, nephews and extended family members also survive.   

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at Higgins Funeral Home with Reverend Peyton Stewart and Reverend Johnny Wilcox officiating.  Interment will follow in Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery, Reliance, TN. 

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday, December 3, 2018 at Higgins Funeral Home in Benton, TN.
