Charles Leonard Parks Charles Leonard Parks, 63, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2013 at his home. He was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents: Lake E. and Louise Maynor Parks. He is survived by 3 sons: Matthew Parks of Chattanooga; Eric and wife Erin Parks of Cleveland; and Bryan Parks of Cleveland; former wife: Della Parks of Benton; grandchildren: Garrett, Thomas, and Preston Parks of Cleveland. Funeral services will be conducted at 5:30 P.M. on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 5:30 P.M.
