Edith Cloud Pritchard, 91, of Ocoee, passed away Monday, March 22, 2010 in healthcare facility in Decatur, GA. She received her education with Polk County Schools and was a graduate of Polk County High School. She also graduated from Berea College in Berea, KY. She retired from the Internal Revenue Service as a tax specialist. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Winston and Pearl Cloud; daughter, Patricia Fulp; grandson, David Fulp; brothers, Eugene Cloud, A.J. "Bud" Cloud and Frank Cloud; and aunt, Mabel Lowery. She is survived by her daughter, Melba K. Sipes of Atlanta, GA; son, Francis "Pete" Fulp of Ocala, FL; grandson, Jeffrey Fulp of Baltimore, MD; sisters, Ina Kagle of Cleveland and Thelma McClary of Hemet, CA; and sister-in-law, Marchie Cloud of Ocoee; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with the Reverend Kinzel Hooker officiating. Interment will follow in Cookson Creek Cemetery with family members serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
