Bill Painter

W.C. (Bill) Painter, 72, of Benton, TN, passed away Sunday, March 7, 2010, at his son's residence. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillie Frances Whittemore Painter; parents, Emmitt and Ethel Poteet Painter; and brother, Glenn Painter. He is survived by his sons; Kenneth Bryan Painter and wife Cynthia Diane of Cleveland; Marquis Anthony Painter and wife Theresa of Benton, TN; sister, Susan White of Dalton, GA; and 4 grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with the Reverend Clyde Painter officiating with military honors.
