Pearl Lynch

June 21, 1928 — March 23, 2009

Pearl E. Lynch, 80, a resident of Benton for the last 36 years, passed away Monday, March 23, 2009 in a Cleveland healthcare facility. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of Cookson Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Oliver Lee Lynch who passed away in 1993; parents, Henry Clyde Teer and Jenny Lee Travis Teer; son-in-law, Elmer Walden; granddaughter, Patty McDaniel; two brothers; three sisters. She is survived by her two daughters: Jean Walden and Barbara Ramsey and husband Noah Ramsey all of Benton; grandchildren: Roger Walden and wife, Jeanna Walden, Donna Hill and husband Billy Hill, Jim Grayless, Barbie Miller, Sharon Suits and David Grayless; thirteen great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; brother, Ralph Teer; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 8 p.m. Thursday, March 26, 2009 in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with Reverend Charles Moore officiating. Interment will held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 27, 2009 at the Zion Baptist Church Cemetery with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. Roger Walden, David Grayless, Daniel Arthur, Josh Hill, Andrew Walden and Dallas Grayless will serve as pallbearers. Her family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 26, 2009 at the funeral home prior to the service.
