Mary Lee Withrow

Mary Lee Clark Withrow, 84, a resident of Benton, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2007 at her residence. She was a member of Welcome Valley Baptist Church.

Mrs. Withrow was the daughter of the late James H. Clark and Bertha Mae Bishop Clark and was also preceded in death by her husband, Hayden Withrow; son, Bobby Withrow; grandson, Bobby Withrow, Jr.; brothers: Hoyt Clark and Fred Clark.

She is survived by her daughters: Barbara Wilson of Benton and Linda Vaughn and husband, Danny Vaughn of Cleveland; grandchildren: Scotty Wilson and fiancée Emma Casson, Kenzel Wilson and wife, Tonya, Brittany Wilson and fiancée Brandon Stevens, Jeff Vaughn, Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Wilson, Samantha Wilson; great-grandchildren: Zalacye Wilson, Azekeial Casson, Angela Wilson, Hope Lopez and Cheyanne Lopez; one sister, Louise Evans of Benton; special nieces: Tanna Evans and Melissa Edwards; special friend, Agnes Tallent and special hospice nurse, Lora Lane. Also survived by several neices and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with Reverend Anthony Howard and Reverend Bryan Mowery officiating. Interment will follow in Zion Cemetery with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. Scotty Wilson, Kinzel Wilson, Jeff Vaughn, David Evans, Brandon Stevens and Jimmy Edwards will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Marion Evans, Erskin Clark and Tyler Edwards.

Her family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
