Allen Wayne Voyles

Allen (Fred) Wayne Voyles, age 59, a resident of Benton, passed away Friday, April 27, 2007 at the family residence. He was a member of the Lebanon Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred Voyles and Thenia Marie Thomas Voyles; grandson, Cody Richmen; brother; Clinton Voyles; brother-in-law, Ermel Tipton.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Reuther Voyles of Benton; children: Dennis Voyles of Cleveland, Billie Freeman and husband, Fred of Fountain, FL; Floyd W. Voyles of Cleveland; Donna Perry and husband, Darrell of Hazard, KY, Barbara Hodge and Tony Underwood of Radcliff, KY, Patrick Mayhorn and wife, Christa of Jackson, KY, Christopher Mayhorn and Beathrise of Lake Park, GA; fourteen grandchildren; one great grandchild; brothers and sisters: Lois Torbett and husband Kenneth, Clyde Voyles and wife, Patricia, Ann Tipton, Linda Smith and husband, Drew, Kathie Jones and husband, Harold, David Voyles and wife, Willie all of Cleveland.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Lebanon Baptist Church with Reverend Richard McKeehan officiating. Interment will follow in Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery with Michael Cain, Jesse Shermen, Don Raines, Tyson Voyles, Jason Osbourne and Jack Wilson serving as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.

His family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Higgins Funeral Home and from 1-2 p.m. Monday at Lebanon Baptist Church prior to the service.
