Lois Dean Lewallen

Lois Dean Killian Lewallen, age 50, a life long resident of Old Fort, passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2006 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was of the Baptist faith. She was the manager of the Dollar General Store. Mrs. Lewallen was the daughter of the late Lee and Mary Gladys Johnson Killian.

She is survived by her husband, Jeffery Lewallen of Old Fort; two children and spouses: Kristy and Curtis Trentham and Scotty and Misty Brock all of Old Fort; five grandchildren; seven brothers and spouses: James and Frances Killian of Old Fort, Robert and Kathy Killian of Ocoee, Randall and Linda Killian of Old Fort, Bruce and Jeanette Killian of Birchwood, Kenneth Killian of Old Fort, Bobby and Lisa Killian of Old Fort and Coary Killian of Old Fort; two sisters and spouses: Mary Ann and Ronny Dean of Old Fort and Christine and Charles Hyde of Cleveland; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Conasauga Baptist Church with Reverend Matthew Harris and Reverend Ronnie Cantrell officiating. Interment will follow in the Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery with the white dove release ceremony concluding the service.

Her family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Higgins Funeral Home.
