Eugene Raymond Jeske

Eugene Raymond Jeske, age 81, a resident of Ocoee, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2006 in a local hospital. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He was a member of Ladd Springs Seventh day Adventist Church. His parents, Gustav and Christina Jeske, preceded him in death as well as one son, Rodney Jeske, and ten brothers and sisters.

He is survived six children and their spouses: Raymond and Helen Jeske of Apison, Richard and Debbie Jeske of Sulphur Well, KY, Donald and Corrine Jeske of Days Creek, OR, Daniel and Shirley Jeske of Baltimore, MD, Terrilyn and Michael Jones of Ocoee, and Keith Jeske of Ocoee; four grandchildren: Donald Jeske, Jr., Brittany Jones, Christopher Jones, all of Ocoee, and Caleb Jeske of Days Creek, OR; one sister, Lydia Theison of Jamestown, ND; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with Bill Clemmens and Dale Tunnell officiating. Interment with military honors will follow in Benton Memorial Gardens.

His family will receive friends from 6 - 9 p.m. Tuesday and also 2 - 4 p.m. and 6 - 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
