Joyce Faye Cross

Joyce Faye Kincade Cross, 65, a resident of Benton passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2007 in a local hospital. She was a member of the Benton Church of God. Mrs. Cross was the daughter of the late William (Willie) Kincade and Nancy Riley Kincade.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby Cross of Benton; three children and spouses: Bobby Cross, Jr. and Cheryl Cross of Benton, Mike and Sonya Cross of Old Fort and Greg and Nan Cross of Benton; seven grandchildren: Michael Cross, Christopher Cross, Mehgan Cross, Josh Cross, Joseph Cross, Lily Cross and Matthew Cross; one great-grandchild, Mason Guess; brothers and spouses: Major and Joan Kincade, Larry and Carol Kincade and Bill and Cindy Kincade all of Illinois and Bart Kincade of Florida; sisters and spouses: Alma and Everette Shepherd, Robbie and Leo Burke and Shirley Keogh all of Illinois; step mother and husband, Wanda and Al Knapp of Illinois.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with Reverend Jerry Herron officiating. Interment will follow in Benton Memorial Gardens with a white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.

Her family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
