Joshua Kyle Conner

Joshua Kyle Conner, age 12, a resident of Benton, TN passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2005 due to injuries received in an automobile accident. He was a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and a student at Chilhowee Middle School. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, John H. Conner.

He is survived by his parents Mike and Sonya Conner of Cleveland and Lisa and Andy Higdon of Benton; grandparents: Elois Conner of Hazlehurst, GA, Art and Opal Thornton of Benton, TN; great grandmothers: Louise Creamer of Hazlehurst, GA, and Allene Cummings of Benton, TN; twin sister, Katelyn Conner, brothers; Justin Conner and Ryan Conner; uncles and aunts; Mitch Conner, Matt Conner, Mark Conner, Missy Conner, Victoria Conner, and John Henry and Tammy Epperson; several special step aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Old Pathway Baptist Church with Reverend Harold Cooper and Reverend Larry Coleman officiating. Interment will follow in Old Ocoee Cemetery with the release of a flock of white doves concluding the service.

His family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
