Robert Wallace Bishop

Robert Wallace (Bobby) Bishop age 65, a resident of Athens, formerly of Benton, passed away Sunday May 28, 2006 at a Knoxville Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, John (Jay) R. and Climmie Lee Rogers Bishop: sisters, Shirley Jo Kaylor and Bettye Lee Bishop.

He is survived by brothers: Billy F. Bishop of Benton, Jeffery F. Bishop of the U.S. Army, Jerry R. Bishop and wife Sharon of Cleveland: and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at the Old Ocoee Cemetery with the Reverend Emmitt Morgan of Athens officiating and a white dove release concluding the service.

His family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M., Tuesday at Higgins Funeral Home.
