Reliance

Carol C. Chandler, also known as “Precious”, 76, of Reliance, departed this life peacefully, on December 29, 2023, at her home.

 

She was born on August 20, 1947, in Colrain, Massachusetts, to the late Ward S. Cromack and Pearl J. Long Cromack.  Carol was a member of Highlands Ridge Ladies Golf Association and a member of the First Christian Church in Sebring, Florida.  She was also a bookkeeper in Deerfield Vally for many years and served as a member and President of the PTA in Jacksonville, Vermont.  Throughout life, Carol enjoyed golfing, needle point and creating dry flower arrangements.  She will be missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing her.

 

In addition to her parents, Ward S. Cromack and Pearl J. Long Cromack, she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Chandler; sons, David Bolt and Daniel Bolt; brothers, Ward “Pete” Cromack and Mark Cromack; sisters, Ann Gray and Rosemary “Rosie” Cromack.

 

Left to cherish the many memories include her loving daughter, Susan Bayles and one grandchild.  Several nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of friends also survive.

 

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
