Charles Milford Hilton, 78, of Franklin, Tennessee, departed this life peacefully on July 27, 2021.
Mr. Hilton was born on January 11, 1943, in Philadelphia, Tennessee to the late Jessie Montooth and Charles Carter Hilton. Mr. Hilton graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Throughout life, Charles was faithful in his attendance at Oak Valley Baptist Church. He also enjoyed his Saturday Morning Koffee Klatch friends. He was a faithful Operations Manager for Dairy Processing Plants during his years of employment with seven different companies located in Tennessee, Alabama, and Louisiana. Although a proud graduate of The University of Tennessee, he had a great passion and was an avid fan of the Tennessee Volunteers.
In addition to his parents, Jessie Montooth and Charles Carter Hilton, he was also preceded in death by his daughter, Patricia Hilton Brinkmann and one sister, Claudette Hilton Buckner.
Left to honor his legacy include his beloved wife, Ms. Evelyn Lawson Hilton; daughters, Kay Hilton Hodge and Jane Hilton; grandchildren, Dalyn Hodge, Liam (RaeAnna) Hodge and Charles Brinkmann, Bob & Elizabeth Brinkmann, Camryn & Caden Brinkmann; brother, Leonard (Judy) Hilton.
A Celebration of Life graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 29, 2021, at Benton Station Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Ryan Potts officiating.
