Ernest Lee Pierce, 52, a faithful Christian, son and brother, departed this life on May 11, 2021 at The University of Tennessee Medical Center.
Lee had a huge heart and loved spending time with his friends and family and worshipping the Lord with his church family at Ocoee Baptist Church where he was a dedicated and faithful member up until his passing.
He was born on May 16, 1968 in Athens, Tennessee to Margie Wallace Pierce and the late John Columbus Pierce.
In addition to his father, John Columbus Pierce, Lee was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Noah and Bertha Wallace.
Survivors include his beloved mother, Margie Wallace Pierce; sister, Janice (Lloyd) Mashburn; nieces and nephews, Carrie Mashburn and Henry Childers, Kimberly Mashburn and Timothy Nichols and Lloyd Tyler Mashburn; great-nieces and great-nephews, Henry Childers, Braylynn Nichols, Paris Nichols, Paige Nichols, Canvas Nichols and Carter Nichols.
A Celebration of Life graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Rural Vale Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Vernon Webb officiating. Lee’s family will serve as pallbearers.
