James William “Ryan” Browder, 49, of Old Fort, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2021, with family by his side.
He was born on August 18, 1972, in Cleveland, Tennessee to Mr. Joseph D. Browder and Mrs. Martha (White) Wright.
Ryan led a passionate and wholehearted life, highlighted by spending quality time with his friends and family…those who befriended Ryan had a true friend for life. His laughter, wit, and talent for story telling would light up any room. His devotion to his pets was a defining part of his character, underscoring the compassion that permeated all aspects of his life. Ryan touched many lives and he will be deeply missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing him.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Retta Sue Browder, and Jimmy and Mae Dotson.
Left to cherish his memory and honor his legacy include his beloved daughters, Julya Browder and Jayda (Keith) Christensen; father, Joseph D. Browder, mother and stepfather, Martha (Lyman) Wright; adored grandchildren, Wesson Dison, Remington Dison, and Colt Christensen; sister, Courtney (Heath) Tempel, and a very special friend, David Goforth.
A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 13, 2021, in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home of Benton.
His family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, prior to the service at the funeral home.
