Jim Goins

Hazen Jim Goins, 79, of Benton, TN passed away peacefully on Monday, July 27, 2020.

Jim loved working on cars and enjoyed watching Nascar. He was a caring person and was always willing to help. He loved his family and he will be greatly missed.  

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Phyllis (Dill) Goins; parents; Lozier and Ellen; son, Chris Goins; siblings, Leonard Goins, Barbara Herron, June Allman, Roy Goins, Howard Goins, Faye Evans, and Johnny Goins.

He is survived by daughters; Paige Bazzell, Felisha (Brent) Browder; grandkids, Alex Goins-Browder, Montana Bazzell, Daniel Morgan, Brynne Browder, Chandler Goins; siblings, Joyce Hall and Clemmie Freeman.

A private family viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with Reverend Nick Herron officiating. Interment will follow at New Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.
