Reba Helen Ramsey, 83, a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, departed this life peacefully on April 10, 2022, at the family residence surrounded by those she loved.
She was born on December 19, 1938, to the late Jack and Nell Smith Lewis. Throughout life, Ms. Helen dedicated her life to those she cherished most and was a member at Benton Station Baptist Church. Among the many memories, spending time with her family was above all. Known by many but loved by all, she will be deeply missed.
In addition to her parents, Virgil “Jack” and Nell Lewis, she was preceded by her loving husband, Harold “Whitey” Ramsey and beloved son, Robert “Bob” Ramsey; one brother, Vernon “Corky” Lewis.
Left to cherish the many memories include her beloved sons, Bryan (Karen) Ramsey and Brad (Lisa) Ramsey; grandchildren, Matthew Ramsey, Allyson Ramsey, Rusty (Heather) Ramsey, Nicholas Ramsey, Brooke Ramsey; great-grandchildren, Chloe Ramsey, Noah West and Zay West; siblings; Ronny (Charlene) Lewis, Jackie Ingram, Larry (Lena) Lewis, Jimmy (Joann) Lewis, and H.R. Lewis. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends also survive.
A Celebration of Life graveside service will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at Greasy Creek Cemetery with Pastor Ryan Potts officiating.
Friends and family will gather from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Saturday at Higgins Funeral Home of Benton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
